Meet The Team
Our Quality Assurance team plays a critical role in ensuring Dexcom products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This team partners closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement. As a Quality Assurance Analyst 2, you will contribute to maintaining product integrity, audit readiness, and operational excellence in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Where You Come In
- You will participate in internal and external quality system audits, including FDA and ISO audits, and support audit readiness activities.
- You will monitor and manage Material Review Board (MRB) inventory, ensuring proper control, segregation, and identification of nonconforming materials.
- You will process and maintain quality records, including nonconforming material reports (NCMRs), events, and related documentation.
- You will conduct audit walkthroughs to verify compliance and consistency across manufacturing and operational areas.
- You will perform cycle counts and support monthly inventory and finance observations.
- You will provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure adherence to quality processes and regulatory requirements.
- You will develop working knowledge of Dexcom products, processes, and services to support quality activities.
- You will collaborate with QA team members and cross-functional partners to implement process improvements.
- You will support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

- You have experience in a quality, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
- You have knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- You bring strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- You have experience working with inventory systems and/or ERP systems (preferred).
- You effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You communicate clearly with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- You work well both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- You have a strong customer service mindset and are skilled at resolving complex issues.

Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
