Minimum Requirements:
- State pharmacist license for Virginia required.
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy or hospital settings preferred.
- Medication distribution, verification, and sterile/non-sterile compounding experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IV admixture, automated dispensing systems, and electronic medical record medication modules preferred.
- At least 6 months pharmacist experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in rehabilitation or inpatient rehab facilities preferred.
- Experience with clinical pharmacy services supporting stroke, neurological, or orthopedic patient populations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00 to 00:30.
