Job Description
The Senior Manager, OCI Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic alliances that accelerate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) growth, market adoption, and customer success. This leader drives cross-functional engagement with technology partners, system integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs), and cloud ecosystem stakeholders to identify business opportunities, create joint go-to-market strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to align partner investments with OCI priorities. Success is measured through revenue growth, partner engagement, customer impact, and the execution of scalable partnership programs that strengthen OCI's competitive position.

- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with OCI business objectives and growth priorities.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, ISVs, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem participants.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and workload adoption on OCI.
- Lead joint business planning, partner governance, and executive business reviews to ensure mutual success and accountability.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and business development teams to deliver coordinated partner initiatives.
- Drive partner-enabled go-to-market strategies, solution development, and co-selling activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, track partnership performance, and provide executive reporting on business impact and strategic outcomes.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Represent OCI in customer, partner, and industry engagements to strengthen Oracle's ecosystem presence and influence.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,500 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
