What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Specialist to serve as the operational engine of our marketing team. This role is responsible for transforming strategy, campaign direction, and copy into fully executed marketing initiatives across multiple business lines, including IMed, Oncology, iQuest, and Biomed.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, and excels at managing campaign execution, marketing asset production, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is execution-driven and highly collaborative – partnering closely with Campaign Managers, the Marketing Coordinator, and RevOps to ensure marketing initiatives launch effectively and on time.
What You Bring to the Table
Required Skills:
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or integrated marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience executing campaigns within HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare, medical device, or B2B marketing experience
How You'll Make an Impact
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Translate campaign briefs, messaging, and copy from Campaign Managers into fully executed campaigns
- Build and coordinate email campaigns, nurture flows, campaign timelines, and marketing asset requests
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and align with business objectives
- Coordinate execution across the Marketing Coordinator and RevOps
iQuest Demo & Marketing Support
- Support marketing coordination tied to iQuest demos
- Assist in maintaining a consistent demo experience and follow-up process
- Coordinate demo-related marketing activities and campaign execution
- Partner with Campaign Managers to support onboarding campaign execution and customer engagement initiatives
Marketing Asset Production & Formatting
- Take approved messaging and copy and convert it into polished, channel-ready assets
- Build and format emails, presentation materials, one-pagers, and campaign assets
- Utilize tools such as Canva and HubSpot to support execution needs
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Serve as the central coordinator for marketing execution across business lines
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Ensure projects move efficiently from strategy through launch
- Maintain strong communication across Campaign Managers, the Marketing Coordinator, and RevOps
