Qualifications
- The candidate should have experience in writing and conducting complaint investigations, hands-on laboratory testing experience, and a strong understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with quality systems and investigation documentation.
- Experience with Alinity m systems and real-time PCR platforms is preferred.
