Minimum Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license required.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience.
- EPIC Beacon experience required.
- IV preparation training, including hazardous and non-hazardous medication compounding, required.
- Experience with inpatient and/or outpatient oncology preferred.
- Ability to pass clinical pre-screen and manager interview.
- Must comply with facility tobacco- and fragrance-free policy; notify recruiter prior to submission.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology pharmacy experience preferred.
- Additional hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 06:00 - 14:00.
- Schedule requirements: 40 hours per week between 06:00 and 19:00.
- Weekend requirement: every 3rd or 4th Saturday, 08:00 - 16:30.
- May float to a nearby hospital campus approximately 2 miles away.
- May care for COVID patients as assigned.
- Return-to-office (RTO) requirement: maximum 7 days.
