Jones Healthcare Group – Where Innovation Meets Purpose!
Why this Role Matters
Quality is more than compliance. It is the foundation of trust between our business, our customers, and the end users who rely on the products we package every day.
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will own and lead the quality function within our Packaging Services business unit, ensuring our products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. Equally important, you will foster a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility – not through enforcement alone, but through collaboration, coaching, and leadership.
This role is ideal for a leader who understands that strong quality systems and strong relationships go hand in hand. You know when to stand firm to protect compliance, customers, and the business, and you know how to engage people in a way that builds trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
You will be more than the leader of the Quality function – you will be a key business partner across the facility. Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse Operations, and Plant Leadership, you will help create practical, sustainable solutions that protect compliance, support operational performance, and strengthen our culture of quality.

- Support and lead internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections.
Supporting Operational Excellence
- Partner closely with Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to ensure quality systems support business objectives and manufacturing performance.
- Use data, trends, and risk-based decision-making to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen both compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, trends, and system performance.
Protecting Our Customers and Business
- Make sound, balanced decisions that prioritize patient safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations.
- Maintain site registrations and licenses, including Drug Establishment Licence, Natural Health Product, FDA Drug, and FDA Food Facility requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource on quality-related matters throughout the facility.
