Location:
- Primarily onsite in Franklin, TN
- Some limited remote work flexibility after onboarding
- Quarterly travel to an additional location in Abilene, TX

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- No weekend or on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate readiness efforts for compliance standards including URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state boards
- Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures, compliance workflows, and documentation processes
- Conduct mock audits to proactively identify operational gaps and compliance vulnerabilities
- Maintain multi-state licensure tracking and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Design and lead compliance training initiatives for pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational accountability and quality assurance
- Drive consistency and audit readiness across multiple pharmacy locations
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist license required; candidates from diverse backgrounds considered
- Leadership experience is essential
- Preferred 5+ years in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP, DEA, and related regulations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop systems, improve operations, and enforce accountability
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient with compliance systems, spreadsheets, LMS platforms, and reporting tools
