The Marketing Campaign Specialist develops, executes,and optimizes integrated marketing campaigns that drive demandgeneration, awareness, and engagement across multiple marketing channels. Thisrole requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams-includingcreative, web, analytics, and events-to plan and deliver effective campaignsthat support company goals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer whoexcels at managing campaigns through the full lifecycle, from planning andexecution to measurement and optimization.
The Marketing Campaign Specialist manages channel activitiessuch as email, SEO, paid media, web, and content marketing; coordinatescampaign assets and budgets; reports on campaign performance, pipelinecontribution, and marketing attribution; and develops client advocacy contentincluding case studies, testimonials, and reference programs that bring thecustomer voice into campaign strategy.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generateawareness, engagement, and qualified leads across target audiences.
- Own key marketing channels, including email, SEO, paidcampaigns, and web properties, ensuring consistent messaging and brandalignment.
- Collaborate across teams (creative, product marketing,sales, and events) to develop content and assets that supportcampaign objectives.
- Develop campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines,coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Optimize campaign performance through testing, audiencesegmentation, and channel analysis.
- Measure and report on campaign results, including engagementmetrics, pipeline impact, ROI, and attribution.
- Support lifecycle, launch, and event campaigns, aligninginitiatives with broader marketing and sales strategies.
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools tomanage and track campaign activity.
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine targeting, improvelead quality, and enhance conversion performance.
- Build and manage a client advocacyprogram, identifying reference customers and developingrelationships that support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Conduct client interviews to develop case studies,testimonials, and success stories that demonstrate measurableoutcomes and support demand generation.
- Partner with account management and sales to source advocacycandidates and maintain a pipeline of client stories across verticalsand use cases.
- Understand Yardi's brand, voice, and corporate culture toensure all campaign communications align with company standards. Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relatedfield
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management,demand generation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM,paid media, social, web) and marketing technology platforms
- Proven experience analyzing campaign performance andreporting on key metrics such as engagement, pipeline, and ROI
- Experience developing client-facing content such as casestudies, testimonials, or advocacy materials, including conducting interviewswith customers or subject matter experts
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, withthe ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with anability to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging
- Experience in a business-to-business marketingorganization
- Proficient in Office 365, specificallyWord, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and editingskills
