About The Role
As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will partner with a Global Account Manager to grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You will translate client R&D priorities into impactful, multi-year solution engagements while supporting renewal, expansion, and new business opportunities. This role focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes across complex global accounts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a Global Account Manager to develop and execute multi-year account engagement strategies
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including R&D and innovation leaders
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts
- Support renewal and expansion efforts to drive total business growth year over year
- Translate client priorities into tailored solution proposals aligned with business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, consulting, and customer success
- Maintain a coordinated, account-wide approach to engagement and value delivery
- Contribute to shared account insights, planning, and continuous improvement across the team
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and delivering business growth
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience in solution-based selling within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Effective collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions
- Confidence in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear, outcome-focused solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100. Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
