Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Procurement & Sourcing

Handle procurement of indirect materials and services for manufacturing plants, corporate offices, and project sites.
Manage sourcing activities for:
- Engineering & utility equipment
- HVAC, clean room, and water systems
- Civil & infrastructure projects
- Electrical and automation systems
- Production support items
- IT hardware/software
- Facility management services
- EHS and utility consumables
- Capex & Opex requirements
Float RFQs/RFPs and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
Develop alternative vendors and ensure competitive sourcing.
Vendor Management
Commercial & Contract Management
Project Procurement
Stakeholder Coordination
ERP & Documentation

Required Skills

Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Knowledge of pharmaceutical project procurement
Vendor management and development
Technical understanding of engineering and utility systems
Cost analysis and budgeting
SAP/ERP knowledge
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

Master Degree
