About The Role
The Content Coordinator supports the development, maintenance, quality assurance, and release readiness of content across the Nursing and Allied Health Clinical Solutions portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring content is accurate, well‑structured, and aligned with established editorial, clinical, style, branding, and production standards. You will contribute across multiple content sets, working closely with internal partners to support consistent, high‑quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support editorial workflows across Nursing and Allied Health Clinical Solutions content.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate triggered reviews and support release readiness activities
- Maintain clear documentation, references, and content records.
- Apply editorial, clinical, style, branding, and production guidelines consistently.
- Support content organization, formatting, and version control
- Contribute to broader content curation and content management activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support product and workflow needs.
Requirements
- Experience supporting editorial or content management workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
- Ability to manage documentation, references, and structured content.
- Clear written communication skills and comfort working with style guidelines.
- Ability to organize, track, and prioritize multiple content activities.
- Collaborative approach to working with editorial, clinical, and product teams.
- Comfort working with digital content tools and workflows.
- Proficiency with authoring tools, OneDrive, JIRA, and PDF workflows is essential; comfort learning new systems is valued.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $38,600 - $64,400.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $40,400 - $67,400.
