Responsibilities:
- Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) duties
- Conduct final verification of filled prescriptions to ensure accuracy
- Verify correct medication and packaging against prescriptions
- Confirm prescription directions and hard copy prescription information align
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and patient safety
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with TN Pharmacist license.
