Responsibilities
- Oversee ER nursing staff and daily unit operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with protocols
- Provide expert triage, assessment, and treatment to patients with a full range of emergent and acute conditions
- Mentor and support nursing staff, coordinating training and performance evaluations
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary services to deliver seamless patient care
- Monitor and manage resource allocation, staffing, and supplies to maintain smooth ER operations
- Respond to emergency situations, guiding team response and facilitating rapid interventions
