This role supports the growth of institutional business by operationalizing programs that strengthen customer engagement, increase product adoption, and improve execution of strategic opportunities.
This role serves as an operational partner to Sales, Product, and Marketing by ensuring that key partnership initiatives are executed consistently and efficiently. The Program Manager will manage faculty engagement programs, support expansion within targeted institutional accounts, coordinate RFP responses, and develop customer success assets that demonstrate the value of the Lippincott Partnership for Education & Testing.
This position is execution-focused, with responsibility for managing multiple concurrent workflows, improving processes, and contributing insights that support institutional growth and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Faculty Ambassador Program Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Faculty Ambassador program, including nominations, onboarding, communications, and engagement tracking
- Coordinate program activities such as quarterly meetings, conference events, and ongoing communications
- Maintain accurate program documentation, training completion tracking, and ambassador roster
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase program efficiency, engagement, and scalability
- Support for High-Opportunity Institutional Accounts
- Maintain data and visibility into high-enrollment programs with low current product adoption
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support execution of engagement and expansion plans within targeted accounts
- Coordinate pilot programs and onboarding activities to support increased adoption across courses and programs
- Track account-level progress, including adoption and growth indicators, and provide insights to inform strategy
- RFP Coordination and Proposal Support
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for RFPs and institutional partnership proposals, including timeline management and task tracking
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submission of proposal materials
- Maintain and update a centralized content library to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with product positioning and compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement of RFP processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Customer Success Stories and Efficacy Assets
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify and prioritize Partnership customer success stories aligned with strategic messaging
- Coordinate the development of case studies and related assets, including collection of data, testimonials, and outcomes
- Manage cross-functional and customer approval processes to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain a pipeline of customer stories to support sales and marketing efforts around Partnership development
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in higher education, educational publishing, EdTech, program management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, or Customer Success teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers or institutional partnerships in higher education or healthcare education
- Familiarity with RFP or proposal development processes
- Experience coordinating programs related to customer engagement, adoption, or community building
- Requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in primary job family and broadens capabilities.
- Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
- Performs a range of assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedures.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Compensation:
$63,200.00 - $108,200.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
