About The Role
GoodRx's Digital Experience (DX) team is on the cutting edge of how AI can transform the way marketing and content teams operate. We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious intern to join us and help build a portfolio of AI-powered agents that reduce manual work, improve QA processes, and create smarter feedback loops across our tools and workflows.
This intern will sit within the Audience Experience Insights and Strategy (AEXIS) team under the Marketing organization, working directly under the Sr. Digital Experience Manager. You'll have the opportunity to take real business problems and turn them into functional AI agents.
What You'll Do
- Build AI agents using Glean and other AI tooling to automate repeatable AEXIS team workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Operations, Content, Engineering, and Marketing to understand agent requirements and success metrics
- Integrate with existing tools like Contentful, Jira, Figma, Amplitude, Looker, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Test and iterate on agent behavior, ensuring outputs are accurate and actionable
- Document agent configurations, use cases, and best practices in Confluence or Google Docs
- Communicate progress clearly and proactively to the DX team and agent owners
Required
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree, to which you will return in Fall 2026.
- Expected Graduation date between May 2027 - June 2028
- Able to commit to full time internship program for 12 weeks during summer of 2026
- Preferred location: Hybrid in New York City
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools, large language models, and automation
- Comfortable working with APIs, data exports (CSV/JSON), or no-code/low-code platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organized approach to problem-solving
- Clear written communication skills
Nice To Have
- Hands-on experience with any of the following: Contentful, Figma, Jira, Amplitude, Looker, Asana, or Glean
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or building AI agents (ChatGPT, Glean, Zapier, etc.)
- Understanding of A/B testing or digital marketing workflows
- Prior internship or project experience in a marketing, product, or tech environment
