Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all supplies, instruments, and equipment are sterile and ready for each procedure
- Assist surgical teams during operations, handing instruments and supplies efficiently and accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques at all times
- Monitor, record, and support patient care throughout each surgical procedure
- Aid in room turnover, including cleaning and restocking supplies between cases
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and support teams to address immediate needs
