What You Get To Do
Assist and provide a range of executive/administrative support to the Legal Team, External General Counsel and Company Executives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and submission of state contractor license and business license applications and renewals
- Prepare mailings as requested
- Perform basic research and gather information to support team projects
- Organize, cross-check and validate information
- Draft letters and emails for various communications
- Arrange for documents to be signed in person or electronically
- Build, organize and maintain databases and files
- Manage the new project checklist
- Assist with management of insurance certificate requests and claims
- Assist in completing various requests for company information
- Executive administrative functions including clerical, scheduling, presentation preparation, etc.
- Occasional assistance with immigration letters and/or visas
- Other duties as directed
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Relevant computer knowledge and experience
