Role Description
Medivant Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ. This role includes managing day-to-day HR functions such as implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist will collaborate with management to address employee relations issues, support recruitment efforts, and oversee onboarding and training processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Experience in HR Management and applying HR Policies effectively
- Knowledge in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is a plus
