The Mixer / Machine Operator is responsible for executing batch production processes, including recipe adherence, quality checks, and documentation. This role requires prior experience in manufacturing environments where precision and consistency are critical.
Candidates must be able to independently perform batch mixing and equipment operation with minimal oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Execute batch mixing according to formulas and work orders
· Measure and combine ingredients accurately
· Perform and document quality checks
· Set up equipment and perform changeovers
· Identify and respond to off-spec conditions
· Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements
· 2+ years machine operation or batch processing experience
· Experience following recipes or controlled processes
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently
· Experience in regulated environments preferred
Hourly rate- $22.50- $24.00 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Mon-Thur 3:15pm-1:45am
