- Provide clinical guidance to pharmacists, providers, and patients
- Promote evidence-based, cost-effective therapies
- Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for intervention
Partnerships, Grants & Innovation
- Support grant identification, proposal development, and reporting
- Collaborate with payers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners
- Participate in pilot programs, value-based care initiatives, and population health efforts
- Represent Value Drug Company in external collaborations
Quality, Compliance & Outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations and all federal/state requirements
- Support Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives
- Track and report clinical, operational, and financial performance
Technology & Documentation

- Act as a clinical thought leader for our member pharmacies
- Stay ahead of emerging therapies and care models
- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and patient-centered care

Preferred
- Experience developing or implementing clinical pharmacy programs
- Familiarity with value-based care or payer-driven models
- Grant writing or program funding experience
- Immunization certification and/or additional clinical certifications
What Sets You Apart
- You think strategically but act practically—you can design a program and help implement it in the real world
- You’re energized by helping others succeed, especially independent pharmacy teams
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and building something new
- You use data to tell a story and drive decisions
- You build strong relationships and credibility quickly
