This is a pivotal leadership role within a 503A Sterile Compounding Pharmacy, designed for a professional who thrives in high-stakes, regulated environments.
The Opportunity
You will be the architect of our inventory lifecycle, overseeing everything from raw API sourcing to the distribution of finished sterile products. Your primary mission is to ensure our production line never stops and our compliance never wavers.
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Location: Plano, TX (On-site)
Compensation: Starting at $83,200/year (Negotiable based on depth of experience)
Your Core Impact
Strategic Inventory Control: Maintain 99%+ accuracy through rigorous cycle counts and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) management.
Regulatory Stewardship: Ensure every square inch of the warehouse meets cGMP, GDP, and USP <797> standards.
Procurement & Vendor Relations: Manage the sourcing of critical components and APIs, negotiating pricing and navigating lead times to optimize spend.
Operational Excellence: Direct all receiving, quarantine, and staging protocols to support uninterrupted sterile compounding.
Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of precision and safety.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you must be an expert in the nuances of pharmaceutical logistics.
Critical Requirement: You must have direct experience working within a pharmacy warehouse environment.
Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with regulated industries and sterile compounding standards.
Experience: 5+ years in a management or high-level inventory role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Technical Skill: Proficiency in modern inventory management systems and data-driven forecasting.
