Summary
- Responsible for performing calibration functions on testing and measurement equipment across Manufacturing and Research operations. Ensures accuracy of measurement and process equipment to support product quality, Quality System Requirements (QSR), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Key responsibilities include performing precise calibrations per written and automated procedures on measuring and testing equipment, tools, gauges, and fixtures according to the calibration schedule. Coordinates calibration with certified external vendors when equipment cannot be maintained internally. Maintains accurate and compliant calibration records to support audits, trend analysis, and internal/external regulations.
- The role involves routine setup, testing, inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment and systems. Collects, organizes, measures, records, and documents calibration data. Provides inputs to engineering, qualification, and validation activities, assists with reports, and may support procedure writing and lab documentation. Works under established procedures with limited judgment, organizing daily tasks to meet scheduled assignments, while communicating effectively with cross functional teams and internal customers.
Experience
- 0–3 years of related technical or calibration experience.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree or some college coursework preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
