Description
Position Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate movement, storage, and shipment of finished goods and materials within a fast-paced cold chain manufacturing environment. This role requires proven forklift operation (stand-up preferred), strong inventory accuracy, and experience with shipping/receiving processes and systems. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must be capable of performing core responsibilities with minimal supervision from day one.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate stand-up forklift (Raymond or similar) safely and efficiently
· Load and unload trailers with accurate product verification (SKU, quantity, condition)
· Execute shipping and receiving processes, including Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation
· Perform system transactions using scanners/WMS with high accuracy
· Stage, move, and store materials to support production flow
· Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
· Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in all work areas
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Level 2–3 Entry)
· 2–4+ years of hands-on forklift experience (stand-up preferred)
· Proven experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations
· Ability to use scanners or WMS systems independently
· Demonstrated track record of inventory accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to work in cold/freezer environments

Hourly Rate $22.50-$24/hour DOE
