Regulatory Specialist to join its industry leading service team supporting the new
NYC Legionella compliance for LL77 and Bill 1390.

What You Will Do
- Support customers with local regulation around NYC Legionella compliance for LL77 and Bill 1390. Including sampling, inspections, audits, technical support and training.
- Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts
- Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
- Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers and partner with them on best practices.
- Inspect, calibrate and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment at customer accounts
- Conduct regular compliance sampling and reporting to support water system permits.
- Train customers on water quality responsibilities.
- Ensure remediations are carried out properly
- Assist with scheduling when needed
- Create and maintain Water Management Plans for customers.
Territory/Location Information:
- Commutable distance to New York City
- Territory covers a tight area associated with large commercial buildings.
- Targeted accounts are within the light institutional industries
- Little to no overnight travel required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Immigration sponsorship not available
Physical Demands
- Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions to include confined spaces damp and/or dusty locations, hot conditions; heights
- Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, use hands to finger, balancing, walking, standing, talk and hear;
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam.
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge cooling towers, and water treatment control systems
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
