Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Coordinator, based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Client Relations Coordinator will support client interactions, ensure exceptional customer service, manage client inquiries, oversee accounts, and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams. The role will also involve tracking project timelines, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining accurate client records to ensure project success and continuous client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Client Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Proven experience in Customer Service to address inquiries and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Outstanding Organization Skills to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Project Management expertise to track timelines, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure successful project completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.
