Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support through multiple communication channels. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering outstanding service in alignment with company standards. Additional tasks may include managing customer accounts and assisting with the order and delivery processes.
Qualifications:
Graduate I MBA (preferred) or equivalent
4-5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support roles (828 preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of industrial products/PPE industry is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
