Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing internal and external projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Identity and manage project risks and issues while monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 2 years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: High School Diploma
