About The Role
We are seeking a reliable Floor Technician to support 3rd shift operations, with a primary focus on facility cleanliness and floor maintenance. This role operates industrial sweepers and supports general distribution center tasks such as pallet movement and basic production support.
What You'll Do
Facility Cleaning & Equipment Operation
- Facility Cleaning & Equipment Operation
- Operate ride-on floor sweepers throughout the facility
- Clean and maintain large warehouse floor areas
- Monitor equipment (including sweeper reservoirs) and report issues
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Move efficiently throughout the facility during overnight operations
Distribution Center Support
- Haul pallets and assist with material movement
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed)
- Assist with box making and basic production tasks
- Support inventory flow and staging of materials
- Place products in designated locations accurately and safely
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A minimum of one year experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory, preferably in a distribution center or similar environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other carts.
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong team player with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Practical interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
Schedule
- Sunday: Noon until the END OF PRODUCTION
- Monday - Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The Pay Range For This Role Is
16 - 21.99 USD per hour(2 - Distribution Center)
