As a trusted, collaborative, and strategic Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll serve as a dedicated partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business priorities. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and design, implement, and drive people‑focused strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Working collaboratively with the People Team’s Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning, HRIT, and Business Services), you’ll ensure alignment and integration of the overall people strategy. This includes leading change initiatives, improving organizational design and structure, strengthening talent and performance management programs, driving employee engagement, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the rollout of new initiatives and programs. You will play a key role in shaping a positive, high‑performing culture and enabling leaders to effectively support and develop their teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to guide the development and delivery of strategic HR programs and processes that support the company’s mission, engages teammates, and develops talent.
- Serve as a strategic, trusted partner. Coach leaders, effectively navigating change, building skills and capabilities, proposing solutions, and solving complex problems.
- Support the development and execution of key programs and initiatives, including Inclusion and Diversity plans, employee engagement, management and employee development, rewards and recognition.
- Strengthen processes and programs using advanced tools, technology, and systems to streamline efforts and enhance the employee experience.
- Oversee complex employee relations. Develop proactive strategies to engage and retain talent and mitigate risk. Ensure policies and practices comply with laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct research and evaluate internal and external data and trends in support of organizational business needs. Succinctly and persuasively present findings and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with team members and management to evaluate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), FMLA, and accommodation requests.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Maintain a superior level of technical HR skill, knowledge, and expertise, inclusive of legal knowledge and the latest trends and best practices to ensure accurate alignment of policies and procedures.
- Serves as back-up support to HR Business Partner colleagues to ensure consistent, seamless customer service.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, required.
Experience
- 5-7 HR Business Partner experience partnering with executives in multiple disciplines or related strategic HR experience
