Brief Job Overview
The Department Program Coordinator is a hands-on, execution-focused role that provides operational, administrative, and process support to the Biologics department as a whole (not to an individual executive). This role combines elements of department-level executive assistance, administrative coordination, systems and content management, and ongoing process tracking.
Beyond execution, this role requires analytical awareness and systems thinking. The incumbent is expected to continuously observe how work, information, and processes flow across the department; identify friction points, inefficiencies, or risks; and raise these observations during regular check-ins and operational discussions. While initial changes will be implemented with guidance and approval, the role is expected to mature over time into one with increased autonomy in refining and maintaining department operations.
