- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency
- Install and support new equipment, wiring, and automation systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Partner with Operations to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, environmental regulations)
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and reliability
- Train team members and share knowledge to strengthen the organization
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or machine repair
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical (up to 480V), mechanical, and controls systems
- Experience with PLCs, drives, and automated systems (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Experience in high-volume or 24/7 production environments
- A mindset focused on problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to respond to urgent needs, including off-hours support when needed
What Sets you Apart
- You don’t just fix issues—you find the root cause
- You’re a team player who collaborates across departments
- You bring curiosity and initiative, always looking for ways to improve
- You hold yourself to a high standard of safety, quality, and accountability
Why this Role Matters
Every improvement you make helps ensure medications are packaged safely and accurately for hospitals across the country.
This is more than maintenance—this is
mission-critical work that impacts patient care.
If you’re ready to bring your skills to a company where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
