Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Engineer - AI located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with the flexibility for partial remote work. As a Principal Engineer - AI, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions and strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable machine learning models, develop AI frameworks, and integrate them into business applications. The role also involves mentoring team members and ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning
- Strong experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Expertise in developing scalable cloud-based solutions and deploying machine learning models
- Knowledge of data engineering processes, including big data platforms, data modeling, and preprocessing techniques
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is highly desired
- Experience in the tax, accounting, or finance industries is a plus
- Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer’s products and services is a bonus
