Associate Biomedical Technician Position
This position is for an Associate Biomedical Technician role that involves performing preventative maintenance (PMs) and minor repairs on various biomedical equipment. The role includes mentoring responsibilities and requires attention to detail in maintaining accurate database records.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with overtime as required)
- Hourly Rate: $24.50 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on biomedical equipment
- Mentoring and assisting PM technicians
- Identifying personal training needs
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe service environment
- Ensuring accurate database entry and reporting
- Meeting department production goals
- Participating in mentoring activities when required
Required Qualifications:
- Basic troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of various hospital/homecare medical equipment
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Computer literacy with database operations understanding
- Ability to operate basic electronic test equipment
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electricity, electro-mechanical systems, fluidics, pneumatics, and hydraulic theories/practices
- Bachelor's degree in an electronic field (preferably biomedical) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong work ethic with focus on quality
- Organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel levels
- Strong attention to detail and focus maintenance despite distractions
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Professionalism and mature sense of accountability
