Job Details
- Caseload: Manageable size of 8–18 students, allowing for focused instruction and personalized attention.

- Service Delivery: This is a strictly in-person role, requiring daily on-site presence to lead classroom activities and support student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific requirements.
- Provide differentiated instruction and specialized support across various academic subjects.
- Lead IEP meetings and maintain consistent, professional communication with parents, guardians, and the multidisciplinary school team.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to support students’ social, emotional, and academic goals.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold an active Kansas (KS) State Teaching License with a Special Education endorsement.
- Experience: Previous experience managing a caseload in a school setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive education.
