A school psychologist opportunity is available for the upcoming academic year in the Pendleton, IN area. This contract position supports K-12 students across the district with a flexible, full-time schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement intervention plans
- Support students with emotional, social, and behavioral needs through evidence-based strategies
- Assist with crisis intervention and prevention efforts as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license for the state of Indiana
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate district-wide
Location & Schedule:
- Located in Pendleton, IN, serving the Anderson Community School district
- Contract dates: August 3, 2026 - June 7, 2027
- 35 hours per week with schedules available from 8:50 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 2:20 PM
- Caseload varies based on student needs
- Onsite presence required
