Your role:
The Marketing Programs Coordinator supports the marketing team by coordinating and executing educational events for healthcare professionals. They manage event logistics, materials, registrations, compliance processes, and payments while working closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate logistics and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) educational program events, including communication and collaboration with internal teams, HCPs, and external third‑party vendors.
Manage educational program event materials, including inventory management, monitoring, approval, ordering of product and collateral, and restocking supplies.
Support the team with monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking and data submission.
Manage and monitor Salesforce (SFDC) registrations and follow‑up campaigns.
Support the review and approval of educational, promotional, and training materials using the Veeva PromoMats system.
Support the educational program payment process, including pre‑approvals, submissions, and final payment processing.
Support logistics for the Speaker’s Review Committee, including monitoring requests, gathering required documentation, and communicating submission status with internal teams.
Closely partner with U.S. colleagues across Sales, Global and U.S. Marketing, Medical, Research & Development, Regulatory, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Internal Controls.
What you’ll bring:
2+ years years of experience in marketing, coordination, events or sales
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience supporting a Marketing or Commercial team in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
Experience working and communicating with external Healthcare Professionals is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel expectation 30%

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
