Brief Job Overview
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you have work on accounting of Invoices, Manage Finance mail box in answering queries of internal and external stake holders, Handle employee reimbursements, Travel Settlements, Maintenance of statutory registers as required.

The Accounts Payable Analyst Has The Following Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting of the Invoices that are Purchase order based, Service based, Credit card & Travel Settlements
- Addressing concerns of the stake holders with respect to payment status of the Invoices (Both employee and Supplier Payments)
- Identification of the cost center and Expense head as and expense the same in accordance with approved budget.
- Preparation of TDS Registers & Other statutory registers as required
- Preparation of Documentations for Foreign Payments
- Preparation of cheque payments and sending them to bankers
- Handle Travel Card Settlements, Credit card settlement & Travel Advance settlements
- Handle Huge volumes of data & have hands on Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Prior experience in Oracle is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field. 3 – 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Processing or relevant function.
