Job Description
As an integral member of our France team, you will provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and public-law matters, working closely with the Swisslog Healthcare France sales organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing legal and contractual support to the France sales team, particularly in relation to public and private tenders.
- Using existing tender and contract templates, as well as drafting and updating new contract templates as required.
- Offering commercial legal support across various contractual matters, including non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, sales agreements, consulting agreements, and similar documents.
- Delivering general legal advice on matters relating to public law and commercial law.
- Supporting the company on administrative and legal-related matters.
You will report functionally to the Legal team based in Switzerland, with occasional travel as required.
The successful candidate is fluent in English (C1 level) and demonstrates strong listening skills, a customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities, responsiveness, and a high level of attention to detail—qualities that will allow you to succeed in the role and bring your own “purple touch.”
