About The Role
The Data Implementation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the implementation, integration, and ongoing performance of NuvemRx systems and data workflows.
In this role, you will work across client implementations, system integrations, and data validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong system performance. You will help translate requirements into configured systems, identify issues in data and workflows, and support resolution in partnership with technical teams.
Your work directly supports the integrity of our platform and helps ensure clients are set up for success.
What You’ll Do
Implementation & Execution
- Support implementation of new clients, including system configuration, data mapping, and setup
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and implementation activities
- Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders during onboarding and setup
- Provide post go-live support to ensure systems are functioning as expected
Data & System Quality
- Audit system functionality, claims processing, and reporting outputs to identify issues or anomalies
- Review patient, provider, and transactional data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or system issues that may impact performance
- Support the development and maintenance of audit guidelines and quality checks
Issue Resolution & Technical Coordination
- Identify, document, and communicate technical issues to internal teams
- Partner with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot and validate fixes
- Support testing efforts, including UAT and validation of system updates
- Monitor integrations and system performance post go-live and escalate issues as needed
Integration & Data Management
- Support configuration and maintenance of client integrations with internal systems and external partners
- Manipulate and validate client data to meet required specifications prior to ingestion
- Assist with troubleshooting integration-related issues across stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical teams on backend configurations and testing
Training & Documentation
- Support development and maintenance of documentation including SOPs, training materials, and FAQs
- Assist in training internal teams and clients on system functionality and workflows
- Support knowledge transfer following implementation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate across Operations, IT, and Client teams to support implementation and system performance
- Support onboarding of integration partners
- Share observations and insights on system performance and recurring issues
Requirements
What You Bring
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Experience working in healthcare data, implementations, or systems-focused roles
- Familiarity with healthcare environments such as FQHCs, health systems, or pharmacy operations
- Working knowledge of the 340B program, including split billing or claims workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and support problem resolution
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting implementations, integrations, or system configurations
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHRs, or pharmacy platforms
- Experience working with data files, data mapping, or integration workflows
- Exposure to UAT, system testing, or technical troubleshooting
