Job Title: Presales Support

Direct Manager: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Assist in preparing, creating, and issuing quotations to customers
- Follow up on submitted quotations and update status accordingly
- Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Assist BDMs in capturing and updating daily sales activities in Reddot CRM
- Coordinate internally with relevant departments to gather information required for quotations
- Track quotation progress and support BDMs in meeting response timelines
- Maintain organized records of quotations, customer communications, and supporting documents
- Support sales-related documentation and reporting as required
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in sales support, pre-sales, or administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems (Reddot CRM or similar) is an advantage
- Good understanding of quotation processes and sales support activities
- Strong attention to detail and good data management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
