Position: Post Sales Service Scheduler
Location: 8/3 Soi Rim Thang Duan 2, Sukhumvit Road (Sukhumvit 62), Bang Chak Subdistrict, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok 10260, Thailand
Key Responsibilities:
• To support team and service sales-related activities within the company. Play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field service force.
• Provide excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Plan and manage Service Sales Order, Complaint Job, Warranty Job, and New Cabinet tasks through the RedDot system and customer schedules.
• Prepare required documents for engineers such as customer acknowledgment forms, ATK test results, infection control documents, Job Safety Analysis documents, etc.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, sales teams, and service engineers via email, Line application, Viber, and phone regarding complaints job, service warranty, and related matters.
• Follow up and update the daily job status with the engineers to confirm whether each task has been completed, so the next schedule can be planned accordingly.
• Review and verify Claim Expense documents submitted by engineers before further processing.
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Service or Sales. Degrees in other fields are also welcome.
• Good spoken and written English is required
• Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and ensuring customer satisfaction are preferred.
• Positive attitude and demonstrates responsibility.
• Understanding of production and service/sales techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
