What We're Looking For
- Define modeling strategy and experiment frameworks.
- Lead feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and performance benchmarking.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Ensure compliance, reproducibility, and explainability in all models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Platform, and FinOps teams.
Skills Required
- Expert in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong background in statistics, ML theory, and experiment design.
- Familiar with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communicator; proven record of leading AI research or production systems.
