Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for performing installation, general/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment, as well as ground maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies, and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Perform schedule maintenance checks throughout the facility which may include assisting inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspecting or repair of equipment, building/mechanical systems, and structure; responds to all emergencies such as fire, smoke, panic, alarms,
· Assist in basic computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
· Basic computer skills including Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. etc.).
· Performs and/or assists in scheduled maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and operation manuals.
· Use a variety of hand and power tools and materials handling equipment in performing duties.
· Perform minor painting and carpentry.
· Responds to emergency maintenance requests.
· Keep maintenance and storage areas neat and orderly.
· Perform Support for HVAC, access control, RF guns, Security cameras, Computers, printers, USB scanners, etc.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
SKILLS and ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Three+ years of hands-on maintenance in an industrial/distribution environment,
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook,
Other Skills: Proactive thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and possess strong time management skills.
