We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a lower-volume retail setting with a collaborative team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Term of Assignment: 13 weeks contract with potential for permanent hire
Job Duties:
Perform data entry using Pioneer Rx system
Communicate with patients and physician offices
Fill and dispense medications while verifying patient allergies
Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy setting
Requirements:
Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license (clear and in good standing)
2+ years of recent pharmacy technician experience
MUST have recent retail pharmacy experience
Team/Culture:
Small, collaborative team (1 Pharmacist, 3 Technicians)
Lower script volume (under 100 prescriptions per day)
