Job Summary
The Senior Manager, FP&A a key member of the Operational Enablement Finance team. The Senior Manager provides analytical leadership, financial insight, and decision support to translate operational drivers into clear financial outcomes. This role enhances forecasting accuracy, cost transparency, and financial rigor in driving standardized processes, consistent modeling, and scalable reporting across all operational finance areas (Procurement, Quality & Lab, Logistics & Trade Compliance, and OPEX).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers high‑quality financial models, analysis, and insights across Procurement, Quality, Logistics & Trade Compliance, and OPEX.
- Prepares monthly financial performance reviews and variance analysis, highlighting key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translates operational drivers—including PPV, inflation, quality metrics, scrap/defects, freight trends, tariff impacts, and OPEX productivity—into clear financial implications and insights for functional leadership.
- Conducts financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate sourcing changes, supplier pricing, quality initiatives, logistics/warehouse decisions, and operational productivity efforts.
- Supports the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring accuracy across supported functions.
- Supports decision-making through collaborative presentation of insights and recommendations to business partners.
- Validates cost savings initiatives, PPV/inflation impacts, trade/tariff calculations, and quality‑related financial assumptions.
- Leads the continuous improvement of processes, reporting efficiency, and analytic rigor within the Operational Enablement FP&A team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent experience
Work Experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, General Accounting, or other related areas.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Excellent technical and analytical skills in finance, forecasting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and business partnership skills.
- Familiarity with costing, procurement finance, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

10%: Up to 26 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
