Senior Manager, Program Management, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering complex, high‑impact software and system releases across cloud and on‑premise environments. You’ll lead a team of release professionals, influence enterprise‑level delivery outcomes, and ensure our platforms evolve with quality, compliance, and customer trust at the forefront.
What You’ll Do
You will provide end‑to‑end ownership of the release lifecycle, balancing strategic planning with execution excellence while leading and developing a high‑performing team.
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve enterprise release strategies across cloud‑based, hybrid, and on‑premise platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Lead and manage a team of release and program professionals, fostering accountability, growth, and operational excellence
- Create, maintain, and execute integrated release plans aligned with product, engineering, quality, regulatory, and business priorities
- Own release schedules and metrics using Jira and Confluence, providing transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate release readiness reviews, milestone checkpoints, and go / no‑go decisions with executive and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ensure releases meet governance, compliance, and quality standards through close partnership with Quality, Regulatory, and Change Management teams
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate release risks and blockers in collaboration with Product, QA, Engineering, and DevOps
- Drive alignment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable efficient, repeatable, and auditable deployments
- Coordinate cross‑functional readiness with Product, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Support to ensure successful launches
- Validate release documentation, training materials, and communication plans prior to deployment
- Lead post‑release retrospectives and implement continuous improvements in tooling, automation, and delivery processes
- Support platform lifecycle initiatives including end‑of‑life (EOL), end‑of‑support (EOS), deprecations, and modernization efforts
Who You Are
You are a seasoned delivery leader who thrives in complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity, and inspires teams to execute with precision and purpose.
- Strong experience in software delivery, release management, or program delivery roles
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in these areas.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working in cloud-based and/or hybrid infrastructure environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with people management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and large‑scale system releases
- Background in CI/CD pipeline implementation and release automation
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart or similar workflow and visualization platforms
- Familiarity with hardware‑integrated or on‑premise system releases
- Exposure to regulated, high‑availability, or mission‑critical environments
