Skills
- Under minimal supervision, maintain and update operating procedures, work instructions, quality system templates, and other controlled documents. Manage document change orders, reports, and all regulated documentation while operating and maintaining the document reproduction and control systems.
- Support the release of controlled documentation and materials by providing information, resolving issues, identifying discrepancies, and entering data into various computerized systems.
- Provide responsive service to internal customers to meet business needs.
- Verify the accurate completion of change requests and other Quality System documentation in Agile. Provide user administration support by creating and modifying user accounts in Agile.
- Support migration activities related to the transition into the new PLM system (Windchill).
- Update the LMS application in alignment with change orders in a timely manner as part of implementation activities.
- Assist in retrieving documentation during internal and external audits.
- Contribute to special projects, quality metrics, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives assigned by the Manager.
- Ensure the quality of services meets established requirements.
- Take responsibility for prioritizing Document Control workloads to effectively support business needs.
