Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance plays a critical role within Clearway Health’s Finance organization, supporting corporate financial planning and analysis activities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Finance, this role is responsible for independently owning defined components of Clearway’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This position requires strong analytical judgment, comfort operating with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. The Senior Analyst operates with increasing autonomy, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, supporting executive-level decision making, and partnering cross-functionally while remaining execution-focused and non-managerial in scope.
Essential Responsibilities
Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
- Own and execute defined workstreams of Clearway’s annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes, including assumptions, modeling, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver monthly close variance analysis for assigned functional areas, independently developing clear explanations of results and key drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting labor and headcount planning, corporate operating expenses, vendor costs, capital investments, and new initiatives.
- Proactively identify financial risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, recommending data-supported actions or trade-offs to Finance leadership.
- Support capital and IT investment planning through ROI analysis, cost comparisons, and scenario modeling, without owning the end-to-end capital planning process.
- Provide analytical support for strategic and operational decisions, ensuring financial implications are clearly articulated.
Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Accounting, People & Culture, IT, Operations, and other functional teams to align financial plans with operational execution.
- Prepare analyses, exhibits, and financial narratives that inform executive-level discussions and support downstream Board-level reporting.
- May present analysis to senior leaders on an as-needed basis.
Reporting, Systems & Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting packages, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Support the effective use and evolution of FP&A systems and planning tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and analytical rigor across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information, particularly related to headcount, labor planning, and compensation assumptions, with discretion and sound judgment.
- Lead or support special projects as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
Preferred Education Or Experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial roles.
- Demonstrated experience contributing meaningfully to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling in a complex or growth-stage organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally, particularly in support of labor, headcount, and cost planning.
- Healthcare, managed services, or outsourcing experience preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and strong working proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level communication.
- Experience working with ERP systems and modern FP&A platforms; comfort adapting to evolving tools and technologies.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clearly communicate assumptions, risks, and implications.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to operate effectively under deadlines and shifting priorities.

This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Clearway Health. The current annual compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. The actual rate within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
