high-visibility role where you’ll partner across departments, influence strategy, and play a key part in how we plan, forecast, and grow.

What You’ll Do
This role sits at the center of Finance, Operations, and Sales—bringing clarity to complex data and helping leaders make smarter decisions.
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
- Deliver monthly reporting packages with clear variance analysis (vs. budget, forecast, and prior year)
- Provide profitability insights by product line and customer to drive strategic decisions
- Partner with Sales to support growth initiatives through analytics and market insights
- Build business cases to support investments and strategic initiatives
- Own and enhance forecasting models tied to pipeline and recurring revenue
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Qlik Sense) to visualize performance and trends
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful insights—not just data
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business impact
- Experience with ERP and BI tools (QAD and Qlik Sense a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and forecasts
